ABOUT US
THE TEAM'S ORIGIN
​
In our final year of undergrad at AFDA Film School, we were mandated with creating a project team to provide a legacy for our works after graduation. Thus, the Veritas Project team was born. While some members of the team have since moved on, many of them into the industry as professional filmmakers, the core group came together again at the start of this year as we embarked upon our Honours degree and elected to keep the Veritas Project brand going strong.
This year, as Honours students, we created a documentary: The Invisible People, as well as our graduation piece: Incurable. These two companion pieces serve as a perfect showcase for the kind of honest, hard hitting and topical work we do so well.

We are excited to start creating projects professionally so that we may fund our upcoming films. Speak to us directly if you would like to get involved! To successfully penetrate the film festival circuit, both locally and abroad, and generate interest and support in our team, thereby furthering career prospects and opportunities.
